Preparation

Warm the Baguette
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C fan/gas mark 7. 
  • Pop the baguettes into the oven to warm through, 2-3 mins.

Prep the Rest
  • Quarter the pear, remove the core and cut the quarters into wedges.
  • Place hazelnuts, cranberry chutney and blueberry jam into separate small bowls.
  • Drain the mozzarella and cut into slices.
  • Chop the blue cheese into 3cm pieces.

Assemble and Serve
  • Arrange the blue cheese, mozzarella and goat's cheese on a serving platter.
  • Thinly slice the baguette at an angle and serve along with hazelnuts, dips, and cheese.
